Resourcing and mentoring pastors and pastors-in-training across Mozambique has been Jim’s passion since 1998. Jim is currently a professor at Xai-Xai Bible College and enjoys  encouraging local churches . Previously, Jim pastored in Central New York for 10 years.

Karen is currently a professor at the Bible college teaching ESL and culture courses and assists the Mozambican church with curriculum and training. She has also taught at two MK schools.

Jim has a master’s in missions and education. Karen has a master’s in ESL (English as a second language).
